By registering and using The Performance Academy, you acknowledge that physical exercise can be strenuous and involves risk of injury. This platform is an activity tracking tool and does not provide medical or expert professional coaching advice. Always consult a physician or Qualified Medical Professional before starting any new fitness regimen or intensifying athletic training.
2. Privacy & Data Collection Consent
We hold player privacy in the highest regard. To deliver customized training schedules and metrics, we collect specific data points:
- Email & OTP Verification: Your email address is strictly used for passwordless login (One-Time Passwords) and receiving critical notifications or academy updates.
- Age Verification (Year of Birth): In compliance with global data protection laws (such as COPPA and GDPR), we verify child/youth status through Year of Birth to safeguard underage player interactions and ensure parental/guardian oversight. You must satisfy age guidelines to upload content.
- Activity Logging: By utilizing this dashboard, you consent to the logging of completion timestamps, exercise logs, and optional notes to allow coaches and coordinators to evaluate preseason performance.
3. User-Generated Content & Standards
Users are permitted to personalize their student/player profiles via image uploads. To guarantee a supportive, safe, and professional training space, users must agree to our content guidelines:
- Appropriate Media: Profile photos or media must not contain copyrighted materials, nudity, offensive iconography, or representations that impersonate others. Administrative moderators reserve the absolute right to remove non-compliant media or accounts.
- Account Security Constraint: You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account. Your secure login OTPs must never be shared with anyone. Keep passwords private.
